Heat oven to 350°F and grease 8x8x2 pan.

Beat brown sugar and butter until fluffy.

Stir in baking mix and nuts until crumbly, reserve one cup.

Press remaining mixture in pan then bake 12 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and sugar, beat in remaking ingredients until smooth.

Spread mixture over layer in pan.

Sprinkle with reserved crumbled mixture.

Bake until center is firm, about 25 minutes.

Cut into 2 inch squares.

Store in refrigerator.
