Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 canpuree sweet potato
  • 3 cupgrated light cheddar cheese
  • 5 tbspbutter
  • 2onions (chopped fine)
  • 3 cupmilk (skim works well, I use 1% )
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Add all of the above ingredients to the slow cooker stir it well. Cook on low heat for 4 hours, stir ocationally.

  2. 2

    when the soup is done top it with a little grated cheese.
