Saute Kale& Spinach with crab meat
Quick, healthy, light, easy, and simple meal when push for time.

Cut garlic and a half of jalapeno to bite size pieces.

On medium high heat add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and saute bacon into a skillet .
- 3
Once bacon is brown and the garlic and jalapeno, saute for another 30sec (don't want the garlic to burn).
- 4
Add the kale and spinach, lemon pepper seasoning, and squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Kale and spinach will cook down.
- 5
Once kale and spinach is cooked top with crab meat (I like the crab meat that season with obey seasoning) . Squeeze some fresh lemon juice and enjoy.
