hibachi style fried rice with ginger sauce

heat a large skillet or wok on medium heat and add the vegtable oil

add the eggs and scramble them as you add them in
- 3
in a separate small skillet saute mushrooms with a little oil or butter until they are shrunk in size and soft, about 5 minutes

once the eggs are almost done add the rice, butter, sauteed mushrooms and the green onions. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring frequently.

add soy and teriyaki and cook for another minute or so making sure all the rice is coated with the sauce

for the ginger sauce add all the ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds out until the sauce is smooth. I would make the sauce first so you can chill it before serving

add however much of the ginger sauce to each portion of rice being served. do not mix all of the sauce in with all of the rice
