  • 3/4 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupbutter, softened
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 1/2 cupoats
  • 1/2 cupwhite chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cupdried cranberries
  • 1/2 cupchopped black walnuts

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    whisk together flour, baking soda and salt

  3. 3

    combine butter and sugars and beat with an electric mixer until creamy. add egg and vanilla beat well. add flour mixture and mix well. add oats, chocolate chips, cranberries and walnuts. stir well.

  4. 4

    drop dough on cookie sheet and bake 9 min.
