  1. 1Thinly sliced beef
  2. 1Burdock root
  3. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1 tbspSugar
  5. 1Sake
  6. 1 dashMirin

  1. 1

    Roughly julienne the burdock root and parboil.

  2. 2

    Roll up Step 1 with beef. Combine the seasonings in a pot, and briefly simmer until the the colour of the meat changes .
