Preheat griddle to about 275°F farenheit.

Set up butter, milk, and egg.

Set them aside, and let them reach room temperature.

Set up dry ingredients, and set to the side.

Mix wet ingredients.

Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour the wet in, and mix.
