Ingredients

  1. 3thick cut pork chops
  2. 1bottle roasted red pepper dressing
  3. 1 1/2 tbspsmoked paprika
  4. 1 tbsponion powder
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tbspcelery salt
  7. 1 tbspdried basil
  8. 1/2 tspdried thyme
  9. 2 tspwhite pepper
  10. 1EVOO; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Cover chops in enough oil to cover. Season with dried spices except celery salt. Marinate 4-48 hours.

    Add celery salt. Cover chops with dressing in an oven safe saute pan. Cover. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes. Uncover. Continue baking until chops reach desired doneness.

    Optional; Pan sear the chops and finish them in the oven.
