  • 3/4 cupBoiling water
  • 1/2Shallot minced
  • 1 tbspParsley
  • 1/2 tspCumin
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspSea salt
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1Gluten free buns
  • 1Cucumbers
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 1Mayo

    Stir falafel ingredients into a patty

    Preheat the oil in a pan

    Flatten the patties and place in pan

    Cook until firm and brown on both sides
