Ingredients

1 1/4 cupFlour
1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/3 cupHershey's Coco Powder
1 1/4 cupSugar
1 largeEgg
1/2 cupMilk
1 1/2 tspVanilla
1/3 cupShortening melted
1 cupButter melted
2 cupOats
1You can add raisins, walnuts or anything else to the batter if desired for variety

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl on high for 8-10 minutes

Grease baking sheet and use small spoon to place medium lumps of batter on the baking sheet allowing about 1 inch all around lump

Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes before removing and allowing to cool
