  1. 2 1/2 lbGround beef
  2. 2 packagesTaco Bell seasoning
  3. 1 1/4 cupWater
  4. 2 lbVelveeta Cheese
  5. 1 largeOnion...chopped or diced
  6. 1 canRotel

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat large skillet. Also pre heat crock pot to low setting.

  2. 2

    Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain.

  3. 3

    Add water & seasoning. Stir until blended.

  4. 4

    Add to crock pot.

  5. 5

    Cut cheese up into 10-12 small pieces.

  6. 6

    Dice onion.

  7. 7

    Add to meat in crock pot along with cheese & also rotel.

  8. 8

    When cheese is completely melted, 15 mins. meal is ready....enjoy.
