Ingredients

  1. 3 cupmakhana/ lotus seeds
  2. 3 tspghee
  3. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  4. 1 tsp or to tasterock salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add the makhana, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flames for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly.

  2. 2

    Transfer to a bowl and let it cool completely and serve.
