mix sugar,water,& cornsyrup in medium saucepan. bring to a full rolling boil(it will rise,so make sure your pan is tall enough) until syrup drops like a hair from spoon. abt 10 minutes

beat egg whites until stiff

slowly pour hot syrup in a thin stream into egg whites, beating constantly

beat until ickng holds peaks then blend in vanilla

let coolro room temperature, then store covered infridge until ready
