  1. 1 tspgarlic powder
  2. 1 tspdried basil
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tsppepper
  5. 2 tspdried minced onion
  6. 4 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  8. 1/2 cupbalsamic vinegar
  9. 8boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 24 oz)
  10. dashchopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine first 5 dry spices and spread over chicken. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Pour olive oil and garlic on bottom of crockpot

  3. 3

    Place chicken on top

  4. 4

    Pour balsamic vinegar over chicken

  5. 5

    Cover and cook high for 4 or low for 8

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with parsley and serve
