I have tried to bake gluten free cookies. sometimes good, sometimes bad... Finally, I found the best ratio!!

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 120 gramsrice flour
  2. 50 gramsbutter
  3. 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  4. 50 mlmilk or soy milk or almond milk
  5. 1 tbspSesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Knead soften butter and rice flour.

  2. 2

    add milk, sesame seeds, salt and pepper to make dough.

  3. 3

    Put the dough into a fridge and rest for 15-20 min. (Meanwhile heat up oven 180 degree)

  4. 4

    Make shape whatever you want and bake for 20-35 min.

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
