Wash and clean and wipe with towel green kairi. Remove stem and little upper part. Give a slit up-to half

In a bowl add haldi and half salt mix well. Stuff and rub the mixture to slitted kairi.

Keep this in a pot overnight.

Next day remove the inner seed very carefully. Throw the water and seeds.

Heat the oil and cool down. In a mixer grind the hing peppercorns and methi. Add this in a cooled oil.

In a bowl add sambharia Achar masala and remaining salt. Add required oil to mix it well to make paste kind mixture(don't make to runny we have to stuff that into kairi)

Now stuff this mixture into deseeded kairi well.

Pour the remaining oil over it and then cover. After and hour very carefully fill one by one in glass jar. Cover the lid tightly with cloth.

We can use it after 2 months.
