Ingredients

  • 2large raw bananas
  • 1 cupgrated cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cupamaranth flour
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tbspfresh coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • to tasteRock Salt
  • to tasteCrushed black pepper
  • Clarified butter(ghee) for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the bananas with their skin on for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Peel and grate them in bowl and add rest all the ingredients and mix well

  3. 3

    Add a some water to make it a thick batter

  4. 4

    Heat a pan and add ghee then pour the batter to make small roundels

  5. 5

    Cook well till crispy from both the sides
