Ingredients

10 mins
  • 5 eachpotatoes, uncooked
  • 1 eachonion, large
  • 2 tbspall purpose flour
  • 1paprika, salt and pepper to season
  • 1oil for frying

  1. 1

    greate the potatoes and onion on a fine grate

  2. 2

    add flour and season. mix well

  3. 3

    heat a frying pan with oil on medium heat. when hot dolop some mixture into it and flatten it out

  4. 4

    turn over after a few minutes.

  5. 5

    Result: golden brown potato cakes
