Ingredients

25 minutes
5 servings
  1. 3Boiled potatoes mashed
  2. 200 grmsPaneer mashed 1/2 cup Green chillie paste 1 tsp
  3. 1 teaspoonSandhya namak to taste Black pepper 1/4 tsp Lemon juice Crushed peanut 1 tsp
  4. 1 bunchCoriander leaves spinach leaves Boiled samak rice 1/2 cup dry samak rice powder

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add Boiled n mashed potatoes,Paneer mashed,Green chillie paste

  2. 2

    Add sendha namak,black pepper,lemon juice,crushed peanuts, coriander leaves and spinach leaves mix it well

  3. 3

    Now add boiled samak rice and give shape of kebab or cutlet

  4. 4

    Roll it on dry samak rice powder

  5. 5

    Deep fry the cutlets

  6. 6

    The crispy cutlet is ready to be served
