Steps

Take a bowl add Boiled n mashed potatoes,Paneer mashed,Green chillie paste

Add sendha namak,black pepper,lemon juice,crushed peanuts, coriander leaves and spinach leaves mix it well

Now add boiled samak rice and give shape of kebab or cutlet

Roll it on dry samak rice powder

Deep fry the cutlets
- 6
The crispy cutlet is ready to be served
