Rolls out the pastry to 3 mm thick into a strip 10 cm wide

Shape the sausage meat into a roll 2 cm in diameter

Place the sausage meat on to the pastry. Moisten the edges of the pastry

Fold over and sael. Cut into 8cm length

Mark the edge with the back of a knife. Brush with egg wash

Place on to a greased dampened baking sheet

Bake at 220°C for approximately 20 minutes
