1 kgrice
1Red pepper
1Yellow pepper
10 gramoil
2onions
1 cupPeas
5 gramtumeric
1/4 kgcarrots

Plain boil the rice and put turmeric then let it cook

Saute the onion in oil oil,add carrots,red pepper,yellow pepper and peas and let it cook for a few minutes.

Mix all the ingredients with the cooked rice and mix well

Then serve hot
