Take a water in bowl add moong dal and wash it nicely

Then put it side and soak for 4-5 hrs

After 4-5 hrs grind the moong dal and make paste

Then take ghee in pan on slow flame

When ghee gets heated add paste in it and str till the dal gets little golden colour

Add milk and stir for 2 mins then add sugar and mix it well 5-6 mins

Then add cardimom powder in it and mix well

When moong dal paste starts to leave the ghee then put it in the bowl or plate

Garnish with almond and cashew nuts

Your moong dal sheera is ready
