Jab masala bhun jaye tab daal ko add kar low flame me 2-3 mint tak bhune salt,3-cup Pani add kar cookar ko band karein low flame 15-20 mint pakaye jab dal pak jaye cookar ko khole or lemon juice milaye

Ab spicy chana dal taiyyar hai isme ghee daale or dhaniya se garnish karein or serve karein
