1/3 cupmushroom chopped
1/2 cuplow fat feta cheese,optional parmesan cheese
1/2 cupdiced tomatoes
1/4 tspblack pepper
1kosher or sea salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and pour into a pie plate 9 inch.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes or until filling is set.
