Ingredients

  1. 7 cupharina
  2. 1 1/2 cupazucar
  3. 1huevo
  4. 1/2 cupmiel
  5. 1barra de mantequilla
  6. 1 cupleche para remojar y amasar
  7. 3punos de manteca
  8. 2 tbsprexal

Steps

  1. 1

    Coloca todos los ingredientes secos sobre una tabla de madera, mezclalos y has una fuente en medio.

  2. 2

    Pon los demas ingredientes en el centro (excepto la leche) y empieza a amasar. Ve agregando la leche poco a poco, hasta que este bien amasado.

  3. 3

    Has bollitos y deja reposar una media hora. Destiende un poco con un rodillo y cocelas sobre un comal.
