Heat 2 tsp oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds ginger, and mushrooms, salt mix well cook for 2-4 minutes.

Remove from heat add panner grated mix well.

Add potatoes,black pepper, red chilli flakes and mix all with your hands.

Add 1tbsp vrat flour mix well.

Shape the triangles or squares, deep fry till golden and crisp.

Drain on absorbent.

Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
