Ingredients

  • 250 gmsabudana
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1 teaspoonjeera
  • Black salt as per taste
  • to tasteBlack pepper powder
  • 2lemon juice
  • 2-3Curry patta
  • 4 tspChopped green coriander leaves
  • 2 table spoonghee
  • 4 tspCoarsely grinded peanuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana for 3-4 hours

  2. 2

    Take ghee add jeera, Curry patta, chopped boiled potatoes

  3. 3

    Saute it

  4. 4

    Add coarsely grinded peanuts, black salt and black pepper powder mix well

  5. 5

    Add sabudana, mix well sprinkle green coriander leaves

  6. 6

    Sabudana khichdi ready to eat
