Ingredients

12 cups

500 ggreen beans
19 ozcan black beans drained
2chopped seeded tomatoes
1/2 cupcanned or cooked kernel corn
3sliced green onions
2 Tbspfresh lime juice
2 Tbspolive oil
1crushed garlic clove
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspcayenne
Chopped fresh cilantro

Steps

Boil green beans till crisp tender then let cool.

Mix beans with all ingredients up to and including green onions.

Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and cayenne.

Toss bean salad with dressing. Top with cilantro.

Enjoy!
