Soak Sabudana or Sago for 3 to 4 hours.

Now drain the water.

In a wok add ghee or oil.

Add chopped chillies.

Saute it.

Now add chopped potatoes in it.

Now add salt, red chill powder and mix it.

Pour little beat water so that it is cooked.

Now after 5 to 10 mins see that the potatoes are cooked.

Now add Sabudaana and mix it.after mixing add lemon juice and again mix it.

Cover it with the lid.

N9w after 5 to 10 mins again mix it and cover it.

Now off the falme and let it cook in steam.

Now see that sabudaana becomes transparent in colour from white.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve it with curd and green chutney.
