1/2 tspRock salt
1/2Red chilli powder
1/2coriander crushed
1-2 tbspkuttu flour
1 cuppaneer cut into chunks and fry
Few skewers for presentation
Oil for deep frying

In a large mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, cumin, salt,red chilli powder, coriander crushed, kuttu flour mix well.

Shape them rolls with your hands.

Then deep fry.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Garnish paneer chunks with skewers.

Serve hot with dates (khajur) chutney.
