1 kgicing sugar
2 tspgelatin
1/4 cupglucose syrup
11/2tap glycerine
1/4 cupwater
2 dropsclear vanilla essence

Sieve the icing into a bowl

Put the gelatin and water in a metallic bowl and heat gently into dissolved
3

Add the glucose and glycerine to the gelatin and mix well
4

Pour into the icing and knead
5

Transfer the dough onto a smooth surface and knead until pliableusing corn flour
6

Add flavour and colour after kneading
