Ingredients

20 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. 1/2 cuproasted makhana powder
  2. 2boiled and mashed potato
  3. 1/2 cuphomemade paneer
  4. 2finely chopped green chillies
  5. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoonrock salt to taste
  7. 2 teaspoonfinely chopped coriander leaves
  8. 4 teaspoonrajgeera atta
  9. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  10. 2 teaspoonwarm water
  11. as neededOil for deep fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Tak a large mixing bowl and add the all ingredients and 2 teaspoon warm water, mix well and make soft dough.

  2. 2

    Divide the dough into equal parts and make small balls.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok and deep fry potato balls on medium flame for about 5-10 minutes or till they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve hot with Satvik coriander chutney.
