In a bowl add singhada flour, grated potato and curd.

Mix well add some water for jalebi batter.

In a pan add sugar, water and saffron strands and boil for sugar syrup.

Now arrange a pipping bag in a glass.

Fill batter in the pipping bag.

Now add ghee in a pan and make jalebi on medium heat.

Singhada jalebi turns into golden brown colour remove from the pan.

Dip in sugar syrup for 3 - 4 minutes.

Now arrange into dish and serve hot.
