  • 1/2 lbGround beef
  • 1Onion
  • 28 ozCanned whole tomatoes
  • 28 ozCanned chili beans, spicy
  • 14 ozCanned chili beans, mild
  • 10 ozRotel tomatoes & chilies, original
  • 1Chili powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In stock pot, brown beef and sautée onions until translucent

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients to stock pot

  3. 3

    Mix well by hand, crushing tomatoes

  4. 4

    Simmer on low, 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally
