  • 2 tbspDijon mustard
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 3 tbspBalsamic vinegar.
  • 2green onions/scallions, chopped
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 pinchSalt and pepper.

    Preheat oven to 425°

  2. 2

    Toss brussels sprouts & radishes with oil & salt.

  3. 3

    Roast 15 min.

  4. 4

    Add asparagus, stir.

  5. 5

    Roast 15 min

  6. 6

    Meanwhile, add vinaigrette ingredients to a food processor & pulse until scallions are in small pieces.

  7. 7

    Toss with vegetables.
