Steps

In a kadai.. heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add chopped green chillies and then add chopped onions. Add turmeric powder and fry till it's translucent.

Add tomato and salt and fry well.

Fry things on low flame. Meanwhile take a big vessel of water and add puffed rice (in small quantities each time) soak it and immediately remove and squeeze out water gently and add to kadai.

Mix well and switch off the gas. Add chopped coriander. Lemon juice. Mix well annd serve.

Note :- Even 1 tbs of powdered roasted peanuts or powdered roasted chanadal can be added for garnishing.
