45 mins
  • 1 kgRed onions
  • 1 kgSugar
  • 400 mlRed wine vinegar
  • 300 mlSweet chilli sauce
  • 25 gramsYellow mustard seeds
  • 2 tbspOlive oil

  1. 1

    Cut onions finely, add to oil & stir over low heat until soft

  2. 2

    Add sugar & bring to boil stirring constantly

  3. 3

    Add other ingredients & simmer for 1/2 hour.

  4. 4

    Seal in warm sterile jars
