Ingredients

  • 1 kgwatermelon's white part from chilka
  • 100 gmOil
  • 1/2 tbspMustard seed, Jira
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder, turmeric powder
  • 1 tbspSugar, peanut powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbspGreen chillies and ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in cooker and give tadka of Rai, Jira

  2. 2

    Then add green chillies, ginger paste and peanut powder and sauté for a minute

  3. 3

    Then add piece of watermelon and all spices

    And give 3_4 whistle

  5. 5

    Then open the cooker and check it if water in sbji then turn on the flame and steam a water from sbji....

  6. 6

    Ready.....
