Steps

Mix 7 the confectionary sugar, vanilla extract, and softened butter in a large bowl until plaible and not too sticky.

Roll it into a ball and place on wax paper.

Take a rolling pin and roll out into a long slab about an 8th of an inch thick.

Cut excess off the uneven sides to make a rectangle.

Take penut butter and spread across entire slab about quarter of an inch thick.

Now take one end of the slab and gently roll lenth wise into a "log".

Now you will cut into half inch thich peices down the length of the log.

(optional) melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the peanut butter swirls.

Chill for a couple hours and serve.
