Coat the chicken with the flour, salt and pepper and set aside.

Melt the butter in a frying pan with the oil and add the chicken until browned on all sides.

Stir in the sour cream, broth, mushrooms and paprika. Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes on a low heat.

Boil the pasta then drain well and mix with the chicken.
