Ingredients

  • 1 kglemon cut in thin small pieces
  • 700 gmsSugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed Chilli powder
  • 2 tspajwain
  • 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a jar add lemon and sat keep in sunlight for 10 days.

  2. 2

    Then it will.be soft, add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Again keep in sunlight for 10 to 15 days.

  4. 4

    Pickle is ready enjoy with roti and rice.
