Ingredients

  1. 3 lbgold potatoes
  2. 1 piecebig chicken breast
  3. 1/2 cupchopped celery
  4. 4 tbspperuvian yelow chili
  5. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  7. 4lime juice
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 cupmayonnaise
  11. 1hard boil egg
  12. 2 tbspchopped red bell peppers
  13. 5sliced black olives
  14. 1 tbspchopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the chicken breast for 20 minutes, remive from the broth and shredded. Transfer to a boll and add the mayonnaise, celery chopped and salt, mix very well and reserve.

    Cook the potatoes peeled and mashed. Add the lime juice, 1/2 cup vegetable oil and salt, now wearing cooking gloves mix with your hands.

  3. 3

    Fry the Peruvian yelow chili in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, after you fried for 4minutes add all to the mashed potatoes and mix again.

    You can use square molde and put half of the potatoes on the top all the chicken mix and other layer of mashed potatoes.

    Decorated with black olives, hard boil eggs shredded, red bell pepper, and shredded parsley.
