  • 1huile de tournesol
  • 1farine
  • 1poivre
  • Accompagnement
  • 1/2poivron rouge
  • 2carottes
  • 5champignons de Paris
  • 5olives noires
  • 5olives vertes
  • 1 cupriz

    Cuisez le riz. Réservez

    Salez et poivrez vos filets des deux cotés généreusement. Farinez les, et réservez.

    Laver et éplucher les légumes et dénoyautez les olives si besoin. Coupez les carottes et champignons en lamelles, les poivrons et les olives en dés

    Verser l'huile dans une poêle anti-ahésive et chauffer à mi température. Sautez les carottes et les poivrons, puis les champignons, puis les olives et enfin le riz. Réservez.

    tapez le filet fariné entre vos main pour répartir et enlever l'excédent de farine. Déposez les filets dans la poêle chaude et huilée, arroseez de jus de cuisson, retourner lorsqu'ils commencent à dorer légèrement. cuire 3 minutes.
