Crush digestive crackers to crumbles by placing them in a plastic bag and then crunching them with a rolling pin or a spoon.

Mix crumbles with butter

Push the mix down in a spring pan to create a layer.

One package of lemon jelly is mixed with 2.5 dl of water and cooled but not stiff.

Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar.

Whip cream together with vanilla and mix with the sourcream.

Now gently mix cheese, jelly and cream mixture and pour gently on top of the cracker bottom.

Let stand in fridge until set.

A jelly layer on top of the cream layer can be made by mixing half a box of raspberry jelly and adding blueberries and rasberries while still in liquid form.
