
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl or blender, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. (These are not pancakes so it has to be smooth and runny)

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Pour the batter, Tilt the pan in circular motion so the whole pan gets covered.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes or until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat until you finish all the batter. You can serve your crepes with nutella, icecream, or some fruits like bananas or strawberries. ENJOY!
