1 tbspGarlic powder
1 tspdill dry
1 tbspdijon mustard or dry
1 tbspchopped parsley or dry
1/4 cupdry buttermilk
1 tbspbrown sugar
1 cupketchup
1 tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tbsptomato paste

Brown hamburger drain and rinse

Saute chopped onions and bell pepper until soft

Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil

Add the cooked beef back in add salt and pepper to taste

Simmer for about 10 minutes add additional water if needed
