  • 1 lbhamburger
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 1 largebell pepper chopped
  • 1 tbspGarlic powder
  • 1 tspdill dry
  • 1 tbspdijon mustard or dry
  • 1 tbspchopped parsley or dry
  • 1/4 cupdry buttermilk
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 cupketchup
  • 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsptomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown hamburger drain and rinse

  2. 2

    Saute chopped onions and bell pepper until soft

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil

  4. 4

    Add the cooked beef back in add salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Simmer for about 10 minutes add additional water if needed
