  1. 3 tspcinnamon
  2. 2eggplant
  3. 1sweet onion
  4. 1 1/2 lbground beef
  5. 2 can14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  6. 1 tspallspice
  7. 1 tspnutmeg
  8. 2 1/2 cupcooked rice

Steps

    Brown the ground beef in a 5 quart pan

  2. 2

    Peel purple skin off the eggplan

  3. 3

    Dice onion and eggplant

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients (except rice) to gound beef and simmer for 2-3 hours (helps fuse flavors together)

  5. 5

    Cook rice separate

  6. 6

    Serve over the cooked rice
