Ingredients

  • 250 gmschicken
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1/2 cuponion paste
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspmeat masala
  • 1 tspcoriander masala
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 2 tspfresh cream
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter in a wok add onion paste and saute it.till there is a change in colour.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and spices saute till masala leaves the oil.

  3. 3

    Add fresh cream and chicken.

  4. 4

    Now add enough water and cook on low flame till chicken turns soft
