Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasic cookie recipe
  • 2medium lemons zest and juice
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    Add zest to the cookie mix form into squares cook on the grill on a marble stone or unglazed ceramic tile I used a smoker.
