Ingredients

  • 1 bowlblack urad
  • 1/4 bowlrajma
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1/2 cuponion paste
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspdal masala
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked daal and Rajma overnight.

  2. 2

    Boil soaked daal and rajma.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add onion paste and saute.

  4. 4

    Now add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste, all spices and saute till it leaves oil.

  5. 5

    Now add boiled daal, rajma add some water and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
